Core Curriculum Program Training

This workshop is designed to train educators to implement environmental education curriculum programs in their setting. Educators will be certified in Project Learning Tree, Project WET, Project WILD, and the NAAEE Guidelines for Excellence.
What to Expect
In this one-day workshop, you can expect a dynamic day of learning through hands-on experiences environmental education experiences from Project Learning Tree, Project WILD, and Project WET. You will participate in activities as if you were the student, then think through the experiences as the educator and leader to better understand how to implement and integrate environmental education in your setting. In addition, you'll learn how each of these curriculum programs supports NAAEE Guidelines for Excellence for K-12 EE. Educators will walk away with physical copies of each curriculum and activity guide.

Lead Project Learning Tree, WET, and WILD learning experiences with your audience.
Integrate Project Learning Tree, WET, and WILD into your programs.
Identify state academic standards that are supported by environmental education experiences.
Outline the NAAEE Guidelines for Excellence K-12 Environmental Education.
